Life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with celiac disease, pushing me to explore the realm of gluten-free and grain-free baking. Through this personal journey, I discovered that embracing these dietary changes not only improved my own well-being but also opened doors to helping others who face similar challenges.

In 2014, fueled by a deep love for baking, I completed a culinary science degree. In 2022, determined to share my creations with others, I founded my own home bakery.

Living with epilepsy has presented its own challenges, making it difficult for me to obtain a driver's license or secure traditional employment.
