Life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with celiac disease, pushing me to explore the realm of gluten-free and grain-free baking. In 2014, fueled by a deep love for baking, I completed a culinary science degree. In 2022, determined to share my creations with others, I founded my own home bakery.
